What Grocery store has the least every day price on groceries?

It depends entirely on where you live.  Even grocery chains vary prices from store to store in order to be competitive in a particular market.

I don't shop Wal-Mart for groceries because I don't like their selection and product line-up but I do appreciate them because other chains who have stores within 10 minutes of a Wal-Mart super center tend to have better "lost leaders" and better prices overall.

If you live in Florida, however, the absolute winner Class A grocery chain for price, selection, friendly staff, innovation, atmosphere, cleanliness and convenience has to be Publix.   If I owned a competing chain of grocery stores, I'd send all my staff to Publix to learn how a grocery store should be run.
