  1. use all

  2. any of them!

they all will help you burn calories, so pick whichever one you enjoy most!

the treadmill probably burns the most calories per unit of time spent on it, but it is also the most difficult, so you may be less likely to want to use it

bottom line: all 3 will help you lose weight and tone up your stomach and thighs. the best one for you is the one you will actually use

  3. Probably the bike and treadmill

  4. Swimming Pool.  Swimming will help burn calories and tone your body.  Running, biking etc. can actually build up your thighs as you will build muscle mass in those areas.  Doing situps and any leg exercises with low weight and lots of reps will help tone those specific areas.  Then it is a must to do low intensity cardio like walking/jogging and swimming at slow but constant pace in order to burn those calories.  It is a common mistake for people to think running hard will burn fat; you actually burn more by going slower for a longer period of time.  Doing quick intense workouts like running fast for 5-10 minutes every day can actually force your body to become more efficient in using calories and transferring oxygen in the blood which means you are training your body to burn less calories to get the same workout!  It is good to do short intense workouts on occasion to "shock" the body, but may be worse off if doing them every day.  Also, work on light strength training for other body areas as more muscle mass vs. fat = more calories consumed ALL the time even just sitting around.

  5. treadmill..use it for interval trainings and do pilates/yoga immediately after that...you may lift weights too

  6. Treadmill for legs.

    Sit ups for fat stomach

  7. i think a rowing machine would be best for those areas.
