What HEALTHY smoothie can I make myself with the fruits I have? *List Provided!* :)?

Thanks For Answering My Question. Anyways, The Fruits That I Have Are:

- Bananas

- 6 small strawberries

- Grapes

- Nectarines

- Apples

- Peaches

I Also Have:

- Skim & Whole Milk

- Ground Cinnamon

- Splenda (Sugar)

So ... what HEALTHY smoothie can I make? Thank You. Bye. ☆

  3. Do you have any yogurt?  I use low fat yogurt (strawberry) add strawberries and bananas, crushed ice and skim milk.  I had one for breakfast and also added 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, it was yummy.  

  4. 1 banana

    3 strawberries

    1/2 cup of milk

    some ice!

    Blend all ingridients together!

    Peaches

    Ice

    Milk

    Blend

    Oranges and ice

    Blend

  5. I would go with ice, skim milk, banana (half should be enough), strawberries (all of them), and peaches.  Blend 'em up, and drink!  Or skip the strawberries, and add the cinnamon...

    You shouldn't need the splenda for anything, though.  I put honey occasionally in my smoothies, but only because I use a lot of berries, and they tend to be tart.  The banana with the peaches should be enough to sweeten it up.  

    For future reference, if you buy plain nonfat yogurt, that's a GREAT smoothie base, especially if your fruit's frozen-- you won't need any ice, either!

    Grapes don't impart a lot of flavor to smoothies, and apples wouldn't blend up as well.  The nectarines are useable, though you may need the sweetener then...

    peach smoothie with splenda in it!

  7. I love peach & nectarine smoothies.  

    Put in the blender:

    1 peeled, pitted peach

    1 peeled pitted nectarine

    1 cup whole milk

    1 cup crushed ice

    1/4 cup Splenda

    Blend until smooth and drink.  Delicious!

  9. Strawberry and banana smoothie! With milk and ice. Only a couple of ice cubes though. Mix it in a blender and delcious!

  11. Girl you can make so many kinds of smoothies with the fruits that you have. Just be creative and mix some stuff together. I make smoothies like everyday and i never follow a specific recipe or whatever. i just use what i have and throw some stuff in the blender.I think you already have the answer...but may i suggest peach berry blast?For me this consist of peaches strawberries and half of a banana (milk optional no sugar required)! i don't suggest throwing everything that you have inside the blender( cinnamon and grapes do not go well together) Definately use banana and milk as base so that your smoothie will actually be a SMOOTHie. So yea...just use your creativity and get started!

  12. do you have any juice or yogurt? you will need a small amount of liquid maybe even milk .put all but cinnamon and splenda in blender add several ice cubes and blend. you shouldn't need to sweeten it you have natual sugar in grape and banana  and cinnamon in a smoothie not for me

  13. I would use one banana 4 strawberries and 1 peach.  Throw it in a blender with 1/2 cup of whole milk and a teaspoon of splenda and some crushed ice.  If you have any yogurt (any flavor) put a cup of that in too.

  15. Try a healthy yet original strawberry and banada smoothie with some milk, sugar and some ice( if wanted). To make it an extra smooth smoothie try getting some vanilla yogurt Or even better some frozen yogurt!
