What Hairstyle is good for first-day back at school?

OK, I have chin-length curly hair, and I tried to straighten it, but it didn't work. Now my hair looks dry, and a big mess, what can I do that is easy, not frizzy, and doesn't have too much volume? My first day of school is tomorrow, and I need something cute and appropriate. Pictures and/or links would be nice! Thank you!
