What Happened to the Search on YouTube?

How come I cannot search on the top rated or most viewed options? I often found that these gave better search results than the normal search. Or can I just not find the option. Thanks

Its there somewhere. You can try a restart on the pc if you think it is a glitch.

they're making changes and stuff so you can't go in there right now
