What Happens If I get caught driving someone around when I got my license a month ago?

I just got my license and I was curious what the consequences are. Plus don't the cops have to have a reason for stopping you? Speeding, Beating a red light,etc. I mean they can't just stop me cause it looks like I just got my license and I'm driving someone under 20 with me.

When I was 16 I was stopped just because I look too young to be driving.  That was legit.

So they can stop you - just because you look too young.

I live in Texas and if you are talking about having your permit license to drive with a adult.You drive with the permit for six months or till you turn sixteen.Then after that you can drive all you want.If you get caught driving before that time line is up you will lose your permit and want be able to get your driving license until you turn eighteen years old.It's not that long to wait.So be smart and did get caught.
