  1. probably jail time if its court ordered

  2. Um, usually they are just served papers for violating parole and they have to go to court to find out their sentence.  Usually community service is a nice gesture, as in they are being kind by not throwing the person behind bars, so when people blow it off, they often have more severe consequences to face.

  3. They report it to your PO if you have one or to the court. If you are lucky and call them ASAP and they have not called the court you might be able to smooth it over. What will happen if the court finds out depends on where you live and how mad it makes the judge.

  4. if its required by law you may face some jail time..... the main purpose of community servise it to prove yourself if you cant commit to that then im sorry maybe your not  worrthy.Good luck!!!
