  1. Charles becomes King

  2. She is buried and Charles becomes king.

  3. Her family buries her?

  4. Her son Charles ascends to the throne upon her death.

There will be a  laying-in-state and a state funeral, filled with pomp and pageantry befitting a monarch.

Charles will have a year to plan his coronation day.

  5. There was a queen Elizabeth the 1st of England she was Henry the 8ths daughter, so our present queen is queen Elizabeth the 2nd, and Prince  Charles would take over the throne, but should anything happen to him before that then Prince William would be crowned King

  6. well id be very unhappy as i have a lot of time for the Queen she has done a lot for our country in her time as queen she has had her ups and downs with her family but tell me what family's have not god bless her after she passes away prince Charles becomes king after taking the asses ion oath

  7. I think you mean the current queen of the UK, Queen Elizabeth II. Her son Prince Charles will become King. After that would be his older son William, William's children if he has any at that time otherwise it will go to Prince Harry and his heirs. The list goes on...

  8. the queen of england? then charles becomes king.

  9. You need to read some history.

Queen Elizabeth I ruled England at the time of Shalespeare.

The present Queen is Queen Elizabeth II.

When she dies, her son Charles becomes King.

If Charles dies before the Queen ( a possibility), then Prince William becomes King.

  10. She gets re-incarnated and comes back as a male pauper lol.

  11. Prince Charles becomes king.

And we are not supposed to accept that Queen Elizabeth II of the UK is the Queen for everybody in this world. We understand that the British are obsessed with monarchy and the royals, but there is democracy without kings and queens in most countries in Europe.

  12. I hope you're not from the UK, becuase the Queen Elizabeth you are referrign to is the second. One of the most famous monarchs of all time is Queen Elizabeth I. I can't believe you don't know that...If you didn't, I feel bad for you, unless you're like four years old.

    Anyway, Charles will become King.

  13. As I understand it Charles becomes King immediately on the death of his mother. The Royal Oath, the proclamation, and the Coronation all occur after he is King.

It is very possible that after Queen Elizabeth dies some of the commonwealth countries will elect to become republics. I think they have not done it because of the general popularity of the Queen.

Assuming Charles outlives his mother, he will be the oldest person to assume the monarchy from a parent. In five years he will surpass William IV who received the crown from his brother at age 64.

  14. Queen Elizabeth I is the daughter of King Henry VIII and Anne Boylen.

    Prince Charles becomes King.

  15. The only place where Her Majesty is referred to as Queen Elizabeth the 1st, is Scotland, because when Henry VIII's daughter Elizabeth was on the throne, she was not Queen of Scotland because Scotland was not part of the United Kingdom during her reign.

  16. They will bury her.

    Charles will have a coronation.

    End of story.

PS. She is Queen Elizabeth 1 of Scotland but Queen Elizabeth 2 of England.

  17. They normally bury them

  18. The Prince or Princess is crowned.  Would help if you told us which Queen.

Sorry I wasn't sure thanks for clearing that up. (There are other queens you know, in fact I thought your might be referring to a Bee problem, ie, the Queen Bee, ) But, anway, once the Queen dies then Charles will be crowned King, if he died before his mother did, then it would be his first born William who took the throne.
