It is a special breed of fancy goldfish, i personally think it's cruel poor little things... but you may be thinking of a disease called popeye which is a disease fish get causing their eyes to bulge, but tht photo is just a breed of fish! lol

Those are bubble-eye goldfish.  Bubble-eyes are a specific type of fancy goldfish.  Breeders developed the exaggerated eye-sac intentionally.  They're nice goldfish, but require "expert" handling/keeping.  Bubble-eyes need to be kept with other slow swimming goldfish in tanks with little decorations and large smooth pebbled substrate or no substrate at all.  The eye sacs rupture easily, but will regrow.  If ruptured, the sacs don't always grow back evenly.  Those you have pictured are exceptional show-quality bubble-eyes...

what do u mean? they are fine...if u mean what wrong with their bubble thing...is their type of species...i think it looks cool but thats how they look like cuz they are born with that species...
