Question:

What High school sport should i do? PLEASE HELP! I desperatley need help!?

Okay, so BY TOMORROW i have to choose what sport I want to do in High School...and i have NO IDEA>

at first i wanted to do Field Hockey.. but im not that assertive...

I can run pretty fast, but i get tired if i run non stop for long distances.

Im shy..and i dont like running/playing sports in front of a big crowd.

Im not assertive (like i already said)

i just DONT KNOW what sport to do!

The sport list for our school for girls is:

Field Hockey

Volleyball

Gymnastics(no)

Track and Field

Lacrosse

Soccer

I want a sport that will also put me in shape.. andalso a sport i wont get laughed at for doing.

I have NO idea what to do...

so please help me!

    I would recommend track and field. I know that you're shy, but in any sport, you need self-esteem and confidence. Why? You need to believe in yourself to achieve fitness and endurance. Just don't push yourself too much...

  2. Track and Field All I did in practice was lift weight with no 1 telling me wut 2 do. And barely like 5 parents come and watch. So many people also join so no body will only focus on u unless ur amazingly talented. Good Luck.
