There isn't any appeal process. You'd have to apply again. However, unless you can give us more information on why it was turned down the first time, the only thing anyone can say is that there's a strong possibility you'd get the same decision.

Why were you denied?  This is important.  There's no way to know what you should do unless you tell the reason for being denied.
