Question:

What I should do when the high school thinks I'm renting a room in a house when I'm really not?

I registered into this high school, but I don't live in the area. So I'm using someone else's address telling them that I'm renting a room in there so I'll be able to go to the school. The only problem is that the school said that they're going to do random house checks sometimes seeing if I'm really living in that household. So I'm scared they might catch me one time! What can I do about this? And what will happen if they catch me? Do I just get kicked out of the school? Or do my parents get fined or get this in their record? Help!

  1. i highly highly doubt that they'll check to

see if you live at the residence you put down.

they don't have the time to worry about things

like that. i know a lot of people who use someone

else's address so they can go to a certain school.

    you should be fine.

  2. I did the same thing, I moved my senior year and I didnt want to switch schools...they told me that they would do checks also, but they never did. Maybe youll get lucky like me!
