What IS a Yahoo! 360? Explain...?

I still don't understand the concept of a Yahoo! 360 page! What is it? Is it like a myspace or a facebook page? I don't get it...

Your Yahoo account allows you access to various Yahoo services - many of them are free. Yahoo! 360 beta is one of those services.

When you start a Yahoo account, you automatically get a Yahoo Members Profile (http://members.yahoo.com ) associated with that Yahoo ID. You can customize your profile so that people know something about you, but there are limits to what you can do with it.

Yet you can choose to activate the Yahoo! 360 beta service on your account to have a more extensive profile. This profile also allows you to display an image on Y/A if you like. The major difference with Y!360 and the regular profile, is that Y!360 is involved with social networking. You can use the service to connect with other 360 spaces and meet new people.  It's similar to MySpace and Facebook in that regard. Also, it combines some Yahoo services (note: not very successfully) into one area.

If you want to activate 360, go to http://360.yahoo.com and click on the "Get Started" button to go through the process. Then, click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of that page or the 360 main page to enter the space.

The word blog is abbreviated from weblog because you are on the web ( on line and you are writing in your log.

My space and face book pages are like blogging

It may be done differently

What you put down the sky is the limit

poems, political commentary, list of websites, one can be done on fashion jokes, recipes, directions for doing crafts.
