What Indoor Soccer shoes can also be running shoes ?

i bought the adidas sambas but they are very flat and doesn't have that much cushion i was wondering if there was a shoe that is great for running but also has good ball control for soccer

  1. I would definitly not recommend using shoes made for other sports because sometimes they have cleats in the front which is illegal in soccer.


  2. If you get any football boots that have a flat sole at the back they will not be good for running. It does not matter about the front they will bend anyway. Try and get a pair that has a curved sole.  

  3. I just had the same dilemma as I've got dodgy knees, so I wanted something with cushion yet reasonably well shaped for control. I ended up buying a pair of the lightest running shoes I could find, some Adidas s zero or something. The main problem is the front on running shoes may wear out with all the contact, but they're working pretty well and should last a season or two. Remember to go up 1/2 a size if you're going to be wearing thick footy socks with them. I'd buy these again, but I might consider these Nikes as the they have the slim shape of footy trainers, but with the air stuff in there for running:
