  1. The one thing you need in order to get homeschooled is supportive parents who agree to let you do it.

As for procedures and information etc: contact your local and national homeschooling organisations. They will be able to explain all the latest requirements and procedures to you and your parents.

  2. It really depends on what state you live in...choose your state off the following link and it should give you all the info.

In some areas, the school district or board of ed are very helpful, and in others...yeah, not so much.  I would go off of HSLDA first.

You will also need to find a curriculum...if you google "homeschool curriculum", you will come up with tons of links.  Just search through and find out which suits you best.  You can also get many curricula at a discount from the following company, which carries many of them at a discount.  They will send you a free catalog that is about the size of a phone book :-)  They carry curricula for all levels, all subjects, and all learning styles.

    Hope that helps!

  3. Well it depends on state of resident or state of parent's address.

Mostly people generally use programs ("school in a box") like ABECKA, etc.

You can also buy books from places like Amazon and learn on your own.

  4. When I had this question, my school district was extremely helpful, and contacting them was one of the requirements as well.  Good Luck

  5. Depending on where you live this one may help you
