  1. the smart **** answer, watermelon, they are pretty heavy sometimes.

    (plays a drum crash)

but in all seriousness. beans, nuts, and root vegetables. beans will give you the protein to make the muscle, nuts will give you energy as well as calories and protein to get through the work out, and roots for the carbs. Greens like spinach and kale wouldn't hurt either.

No mater who tells you it, you need protein, carbs, and calories to work out, else the body will go into starvation mode which will make all the work you do aerobic and the leverage work you do will actually deteriorate muscle mass.

EAT CARBS!!! oh and do mix up your beans, just eating baked beans will make you malnourished, eat about any bean you find, Lima, kidney, baked, black, brown, Green, and peas!

the days i work out (4 times a week) i drink i full glass of almond milk for the energy.

take a multivitamin too, wouldn't hurt.

but remember what most movie/TV moms say "eat your vegetables!"

oh don't forget to eat the other stuff too! fruits and such.

  2. you would need to make sure you get protein - so beans, nuts and seeds also carbs from pasta and potatoes.

  3. well ballanced diet of fruit and veg

  4. Put a cabbage on each end of the bar.

    Good luck.

  5. you need lots of protein, try steak and lots of fish

  6. There's an article about it in this month's Vegetarian magazine. The guy looks impressive.
