There is a lot of stuff. i dunno what your bench and squat maxes are, but you can always work on those. especially squats!! while your liftin don't just try for size or strength, while both are important, the most important thing is your explosiveness. while your liftin try to move the weight as fast as you can. if you need to lower your weight to move it faster then do it!!! don't worry about how much everybody else is liftin it doesn't matter to you anyway.

    also practice your agilities!!! you will need to be able to change direction quickly and eccelerate in any direction. do pro agility runs, and anything else that would require you to change direction and accelerate.

    FILM FILM FILM!!! most guys don't spend any extra time in the film room, but as a middle LB this is VARY helpfull. watch for patterns, weaknesses, and anything else you think will help. see if your coach will help you, he will be able to tell you what to look for and point out things you might miss. if your coach is too busy to help, ask to borrow the film and get a group of your buddies together to watch it. it helps!! me and my buddies would get together once or twice a week to watch film and it helped a ton!!!
