  1. (Watch imma explain it and not copy and paste it from a Wiki link..just my interpretation) Its usually an act of unsportsmanlike conduct.  Usually when a player argues a call with an official.

The consequence is the opposing team will be awarded 1 free throw and they also can choose who they want to shoot the free throw.

Two technical fouls will eject the player from the game.

I believe 16 technicals will lead to a 1 game suspension and each technical foul proceed the 16th will lead to 1 game suspension.

    I think i got it rite.  I am a Warriors fan. : )

  2. A technical foul is when a player tries or makes a hard foul on another player. When that happens the person that got hit get 1 free throw.

  3. Arguing with a referee, unsportsmanlike, conduct, and ant other bad behavior that is against NBA rules

  4. A technical foul is when a referee (or an official or whatever you call it) calls something a player or the head coach doesn't like and the player or coach yells at the ref/official. If the refs/officials call a technical on whoever is arguing the other team gets one free throw by a coach and team chosen player to shoot the extra basket. A technical can also be called if a coach comes onto the court to argue with a ref/official.
