What Is An Alternative To Norton 360

i have norton 360 and the trial has expired and i need a software or best a freeware like norton 360's backup utility to backup my internet favorites what can i use? Any ideas anyone?

You can automatically sae your internet favorites easily through the bookmark manager in your broswer's Bookmark section.  As for Norton anything, it is highly suggested you dump it (uninstall) permanentally, and look into Adaware for virus search and protection ( http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_fr...  ) , Spybot for root kits and extended virus scanning ( http://www.spybot.com  ), and CCleaner for registry cleaning  ( http://www.ccleaner.com  ).  

Whats best is that all of these are totally FREE!

I would use firefox for my browser, which will save and transfer your favorites over version changes and whatnot, with an add-on (foxmarks) that will let you have your own bookmarks on any computer.

As far as a free virus program, AVG is what I use. Free version. I use it in conjunction with Lavasoft Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, both also free, and I don't have any problems.
