If I was quite drunk, and someone had s*x with me, despite me saying (sort of slurred) that i didn't want to - but didn't really have the capacity to stop him... is this considered rape? or just me being taken advantage of?

  1. if you say no even if your drunk it is rape

if your not able to say no because you are drunk or scared and he still has s*x with you it is rape

  2. since you're unsure, contact your local police.  get STD testing and help for your alcohol problem.

  3. ok.. if u absolutely did not want to then file charges but dont be like some girls i know who just have s*x not with really any feelings then reoport the guys to s***w over there life. if u did not want to u were raped but if u said "i dont feel like it" then i dont know if it would get anywhere. and im not discouraging you to say something but be sure it was rape not s*x.

  4. Unless you have a good explaination as to us how "being taken advantage of sexually" is okay, then I'd say you were raped. Given the number of innocent and guilty men in jail for rape charges...It's safe to say that there is no "good explaination".

  5. Just think real hard if it really was rape, and think of the life you'll destroy because you made a mistake when you were drunk.

I don't know what happened I wasn't there, if you truly feel you've been wronged then definately go to the police.

But if its like any of the cases that I saw throughout my highschool years, don't go to extremes to get out of trouble or to get attention and over dramatize things.

Only you know the truth, so only you can make the right decision.

    Good luck

  6. yes that is rape.  Anytime someone makes you do a sexual act, after you have said no, no matter how impaired you were, that is rape.

  7. Yes, that is rape.

  8. You need to report this without delay and get yourself to a doctor.

  9. its very much rape, he took advantage os the situation

  10. Technically. Maybe you should get the cops.

  11. Yes that is rape.

if it was'nt consentual then it is. Even if you are drunk.

  12. Yes, he had s*x with you without your consent and and without giving you the option of saying no.

For all you know, he may have spiked your drink. Go to the police.

  13. SAYING "NO"MEANS NO, IF SOMEONE IGNORES THAT WHILE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU MEANS, TO RAPE

  14. yes that's rape. If you say no, it's rape.

  15. s*x without permission is rape.

  16. Being drunk is not an excuse.

  17. Yes, it is rape!!!  Doesn't matter if you know him or anything else.  Especially if you an unwilling and unable participant...it is rape. He knew you couldn't help yourself or fight him off...He also knew you were telling him no!!! No means no regardless of how you said it. Doesn't matter if you said, "I don't feel like it, please don't do this, I'm not in the mood or straight out NO!!  It's especially rape if you couldn't respond or were out of it and he did it anyway...Being incapacitated is not an excuse for a guy to take advantage of you!  Rape is rape!  It is any sexual contact (does not even have to be penetration) anal, vaginal or oral that is unwanted or undesired by the recipient.

If you were not protected in anyway you need to be checked out. Also don't let this person get away with this...I can almost guarantee you are not his first victim...
