i hear it a lot, i know its good for losing weight i just need to know what exercises they do

  1. HIT is High Intensity Training. The technique can be used for any type of exercises - however it is best for cardio. Basically you perform intervals of intensity. Begin the workout at a level you can maintain. At intervals, increase the intensity of the workout for a very short period of time.

    For example, jog for 5 minutes then run until you cannot run anymore. The running interval should only last 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    This prevents your body from adapting to one speed. It also shocks your body. I find it works very well because over exerting oneself cannot be done for long periods of time. However, intense workouts are very effective.
