What Is The BEST Way To Get In Touch With Microsoft?

I broke my zune and i cant get in touch with microsoft...i need help

There is no easy way to contact Microsoft.  Even if you call, you get an automated system that gives you a menu and what numbers to push on your phone, then you wait an hour, then you get disconnected (well, I don't know about the disconnected part, but it IS very frustrating.)

You can go to their forums (google MSDN forums and Zune) - alot of times Microsoft will be there to assist.

You should now get an IPod since you broke your zune.

Just go to MSN.com and click on the link "Contact Us" There you should be able to find some phone numbers and addresses that you can use to contact them. By the way Microsoft charges a lot for someone to talk to their tech people. Hope this helps.
