I'd say Full Metal Alchemist, then Trigun and Inuyasha. (I assume that by cancelled, you mean the anime ended while the manga went on, not anime that naturally concluded as the manga did.)

Wasn't Inuyasha canceled? If it was, that was one of the best in my opinion.

Yu Yu Hakusho was the best in my opinion. The other two are Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball (not DBZ or DBGT).

ROBOTECH hands down. the 80's tv series not the movie. it's the best drama and animation i've ever scene.
