I am again asking about cricket Nutrition and Preparation,
At my club we have to follow a strict eating and drinking plan from Friday the day before the game to Monday the day after,
We also train three times per week and are asked to follow eating and drinking plans after training for recovery...
We are usually told to eat a lot of cabs, fruit, and drink about 3 litres of water the day before, 2 litres before the game and 3 litres during the days play and 3 litres after the game to get ready for the next days play,
Usually i feel pretty full after all the water and can not eat much,
What is more important,
Get the water into me or get the fruit and carbs into me ???
