  1. IT IS DEFINITELY CCM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. There good but for hockey sticks i like mission. It depends what you are buying. Also its preference.

  3. Well it depends on what your buying. I skate with CCM skates (Graph are also good), and use Sherwood gloves. As far as sticks are concerned, i use either Easton Z Bubble 85flex 2 piece, with a Sherwood (coffee curve) blade. /as far as shoulder pads i still wear my old coopers because they are lighter, because it allows us more movent. Pants i believe they are bauer issued. Not sure don't buy them, my teams supplies them, but i like the fit.

  4. I got to say all...but if you want just 1...I will say Nike Bauer

  5. all goes on what your buying

    Skates

    Bauer/Nike

    Easton

    CCM

    Sticks

    Easton

    CCM

    Nike Bauer

    TPS

    Helmet

    RBK

    CCM

    Nike Bauer

    Gloves

    CCM

    MIA

    Eagles

    Shoulder Pads

    Jofa

    Easton

    RBK

as you can see all depends on your choice

  6. They all are good, like Hawkeyfan said, it depends what your buying.

  7. hey it doesnt really matter unless your buying a stick. (personally i like easton the best for everything expecially skates). but for sticks, the difference is the flex points. easton and reebok have there flex points lower so the stick snaps back when you shoot. ccm and nike bauer have there flex point in the middle cause its suppose to be like a bow and arrow (the puck is the arrow). for warrior im not really sure cause i dont use warrror for anything. if your buying like shoulder pads or something just ingnore the company and see which one feels the most comfortable and easy to move in.

    i hope that helps :)

  8. Well from experiance, I have had 3 Reebok 8k helmets break on me with the padding coming out after a couple games but I do like the Reebok gloves as I have owned 8k and 9k's with pleasure.  I like Nike Bauer for skates and helmets. Warrior for sticks. For paddings, CCM holds up for a long time but Nike Bauer to me has the most comfortable and protective equipment.

  9. reebok and nike bauer

  10. It does depend on what you are buying and how they fit you personally.

I myself have Bauer skates, CCM, pants and helmet and gloves, Jofa shin guards, Sherwood elbow pads and a Franklin chest protector.. Each one is pretty good in it's own right. Just a matter of what fits you best and what you can spend on each item . Good luck

  11. Fit is more important. Here's what I wear: (have had to replace some over the years as it's been worn out, outgrown, protection has broken down, etc etc)

    When playing goalie:

    helmet - Itech

neck / stomach / arm protector - Vaughn

    catch glove - Brian's

    blocker - Brian's

    cup - Vaughn

    breezers - Bauer

leg pads - Franklin hybrid pads (similar to Louisville)

    skates - CCM

    When skating out:

    helmet - CCM

shoulder pads - D&R for checking league, Cooper if not

    elbow pads - Jofa

    slash guards - Easton

    gloves - WinWell

cup - Cooper (i need a new one, i know)

    breezers - Cooper

    shinguards - Easton

    skates - CCM

sticks vary but currently I have a Sherwood 9950 (Lalime pattern) for goalie, and a Easton a/c 6000 (like an Ultra Lite) with Bauer fibreglass Lindros pattern blade for skating out

  12. if youre going for skates, definetely go with CCM

  13. reebok

  14. Bauer stuff fits me really well, and i think they have some of the best products, but it all is personal prefference the best thing to do it try a bunch of stuff on and feel whats comfortable for you, as far as sticks go, eastons have always been really light and really strong, bauer is making some awesome head way though, both the vapor xxxx and the one90 sticks feel great, have a great balance, and are really light.

  15. Skates - Graf

    Jock - Itech

    Pants - CCM

    Helmet - CCM

Like everyone else has said it is all personal preference, but the 4 I listed above are the best - the rest of the gear any brand will do.

  16. it depends on what you are buying

  17. sticks easton or warrior

    helmets nike bauer or rbk

    skates nike or rbk

over all nike bauer is the best for shin pads and pants ext.

  18. Reebok.  It's what the pro's use so you gotta assume it's what you want.  CCM is old school and makes some d**n fine gear very solid and reliable, but not as streamline as Reebok.  In my opinion Reebok makes great forward gear, but I'm not so hip to their goalie gear.  For goalie gear got with Don Simmons.

  19. In what? Easton makes the best sticks, Bauer makes the best skates (but try them on to make sure they fit your foot- different brands fit different people) Protective gear- Whatever fits well.  Reebok has a great helmet....

But it's all feel. Try stuff on, feel the weight and balance of  a stick, and see what you like.

To the guy above me: Graf Skates are not the best. Best fitting perhaps, but they're traditional construction. Other brands have composite boots that are a lot lighter and thus preferred by Higher end players. About 70% of NHL players use Bauers. Grafs have always been few and far between in the NHL.

Oh, and Shock Doctor makes a wonderful Jock and Bag.

Don't try and claim those brands are the absolute best and nothing else will do, because all the other brands do make a very good product.

Edit again: Pants. Best pants are absolutely Tackla. They make nothing but pants, and their entire company is dedicated to making the best ones in the business.  If you can afford it, get the PRO 5000 NHL pants. Those are the exact pants that a large number of NHL players wear- Tim Gleason, Brian Campbell,  and a lot more. A few are listed on their website.

And don't buy Bauer pants. The clip they have will pop if you lean over, and it's responsible for keeping your pants up if you use the belts instead of suspenders.
