Hi, i live in Jefferson, Texas(just east of Dallas) i have no other choices for internet besides satellite and the phone company i use. The phone company i use charges 50 dollars a month just for dial up speed without having to dial up... So i was looking at satellite providers and i wanted to know if anyone could show me the cheapest and most reliable providers? (NOT DISH, BLUEWIRE, OR HUGHES NET. THEY CHARGE $200 UP FRONT FOR SERVICE)

Thanks in advance!

  1. I don't know how cheap you're thinking satellite internet is, but it almost always is going to cost more than cable and dsl. Most reliable would probably be HughesNet and WildBlue. Maybe you could get dial-up? And if you decide on dial-up, I would say NetZero is the best.
