What Is The Best Way/Product To Get Dirt Cleaned Off My Stucco/Popcorn Ceiling?

I have dirt from a vent on my wall that makes my stucco ceiling dirty just wondering what the best way to get it off without ruining my ceiling is? 10 Points

Vacuum off all loose dirt and dust and then repaint it, There is no other way.

You cant even succesfully paint popcorn ceilings without it peeling off in sheets as you roll paint, unless it has been previously painted with a paint other than a flat finish..Spraying aged popcorn ceilings are about the only way to paint these without incidents of peeling..i have even seen some older popcorn ceilings begin to fall off in patches simply from the weight of new paint and the moisture in it  from spraying too...vacuming is usallly the best way to ATTEMPT to clean it..but if the dirt around your vent has any type of grease or contaminants around it..it wont come off..this is common in kitchen areas especially..

The only way to clean it is to paint it. If you try to clean it like a normal ceiling or wall, pieces of the popcorn will just start falling. That stuff is so fragile, it can't stand up to being touched by anything. If you can, I would hire someone to remove the popcorn ceiling. It would be worth it in the long run, as far as maintenance and aggravation. Hope this helps. Good luck!
