What Is The Diffrence Between Marborol Menthols And Marborol Reds.?

Everyone Is Telling Me To Stop Smoking Menthols But I Never Knew Whats So wrong With Them. So Whats the dif. between menthols and reagulars?? please let me know.

They're both equally bad for you, it's just one happens to be minty.

There is a rumor that menthol cigarettes are way worse for you--and a rumor that menthols actually contain fiberglass. NOT true. There is some research that suggests that people who smoke menthols inhale more deeply, because the menthol taste masks the taste of tobacco, which doesn't always taste that great--and obviously inhaling more deeply is bad for you, since it brings more carcinogens into your body, and is also bad because you get more tobacco in you, causing you to become addicted faster. But there has also been research done disproving this--or at least proving that this (inhaling more deeply) is not true for all people.

So...menthols aren't  worse for you than regular cigarettes, as long *as you aren't inhaling the smoke more deeply.* If you find that you are, though, then they *are* worse for you, and you could try switching to regular cigarettes.
