I need help. Everytime I fix my deck up it never works out. Please give me some serious answers. What is the key to having a really good deck!?

They key is to have cards that support each other. Not just having high attack cards will win everytime. You have to put in some backup cards like sakerestu armor i.e. Point is, if you have good cards, think of all possibilities that can help you win.

Combos... your deck has to work with cards you draw...in other words..relative cards, samurai monsters are great example, dark decks...not so much.I've been in your shoes.... and I'm sure you got some awesome cards you don't want to pull out of your deck so build around them....take jinzo for example...Machine/ effect/ and dark type...If you ran a chimeratech machine deck this would be perfect. You get to annul the effect of traps and unleash an otk. This deck is also a well removal deck so throw in a return from a different dimension. So whether it's evil or elemental heroes, warriors or machines, base your deck on types and not by effect. attribute is great too!

Your goal is to balance your cards out so you have a chance of winning. Then after a certain number of winning streaks, you'll realize how much time and money you wasted on some children's card game and you will throw the cards away and rebuild your social life.
