  1. From what I've seen... there are no laws about driving in Spain!  I think half the drivers are legally blind and the other half legally retarded, so age shouldn't be a factor.

    I'm just kidding you Spaniards, Italy is much worse.


  2. Agreed.  Italy is worse, but they are not as polite as we are in the US.

    Mexico is pretty bad, too.

    It's 21 to rent a car or drive a rented car, but I think the kids can get a permit and/or license around 16.

  3. I live in Gibraltar (which is right next to Spain)

    and i usually go to spain like every other week and its the same as here , you have to be 18. But i must say some Spanish people have no idea how to drive and cant even park in their own parking space.
