What Is The Loudest Motocross Pipe?

Question

What is the loudest pipe I can put on a 2008 CRF250R.

It is on private land so I don't need to hear winging about noise regulations and even if I was to ride in some pine plantaion, there is no noise restriction anyway.

So What Is The Loudest Motocross Pipe?

whether its private land or not, loud pipes are still the number one source of ammo for tree-hugging, land closing, restriction setting, eco-terrorist.  it won't give you more power, it will give the dirt bike hating hippies reason to come after your rights.

but to answer you question, in a recent magazine test, I believe not only was Muzzy the loudest, but it also the worst performing

Take a hack saw and cut off the muffler.

Obviously you have no clue in how to performance tune a motor, so this will have the same effect as putting on a loud pipe.

Remember, loud does not = powerful or fast.

With a loud loud pipe on an un-tuned motor, you will burn the valves and / or piston.  then your bike will get real quiet again.

If you were really concerned about speed, why did you buy a 250?  You should have bough something with a big enough motor to begin with.
