  1. The black mamba has been know to "stalk" people in Africa as prey.

  2. All snakes are predators and all eat what they prey on. No one can be more "predatory" than another.

  3. A human snake (no insult meant to snakes).

  4. Amazon anaconda.

  5. No snakes are more predatory then another. Some snakes are just more intelligent in their hunting. They all hunt to eat, and they all need to eat. Some snakes do have much higher metabolisms, such as a Mamba or Cobra, which makes them need to hunt and feed more often... Where as a Burmese Python or an Anaconda can eat once every couple of months, and be fine doing so. Most of your colubrid(kings, corns, milks, etc) and elapids(cobra, mambas, corals, etc) are going to be more veracious eaters, so if you had to give and answer, you could say that. Also, some elapids are very intelligent and set in their ways, which makes them seem very predatory.

    Hope that helps a bit.

** Mambas do not stalk people as prey, the biggest Mamba could not eat the smallest person. Mambas travel the same path everyday. They hunt the same place and bask in the same trees. They will defend what they consider their territory if a person or animal comes in to it. Even in captivity, if you change their cage around, it stresses them out and will put them off of feeding.
