  1. Plucking would be for individual hairs..like eyebrows....can you imagine trying to shave one single strand of hair???  So, for eyebrows, I would advise plucking....if you need to maintain them in any way.

However, in regard to your chin - you need to shave it.....

  2. shaving:

    fast

    easy

    ........

you have to do it frequently

you could get a rash, burn, or cut

    plucking:

    takes a while

hair will not grow for a long time

you could cause ingrown hairs since plucking causes pulling from the root

stick with shaving, you gotta do it more often but it's better in the end

  3. Shaving is much faster and more painless.

Plucking is very slow and can be painful.  Also you can actually pull out the root and hair won't grow there.

Just stick with shaving.  Sure you have to do it more often but it's quicker.

  4. Assuming your a boy I would go with shaving Just be sure to exfoliate your face to prevent razor bumps. If a girl with some chin hair then I would Pluck cuz it lasts longer and your hairs wont be as think as a males and you will have less hair then a male as well.

    Shaving:

    Razor Burn

    Cutting Yourself

    Stubble

    Ingrown Hairs

But it is Faster and Easier

    Plucking:

    Time Consuming

    Lots of Little Pains

    Ingrown Hairs

Hairs growing back in different areas
