What Is The Weather Like In PUNTA CANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC During The End of April Beginning of May?

I am going to Punta Cana from April 27th to May 4th and am just wondering if anyone knows how the weather should be at that time?

It will most likley be hot and just a little bit of humidity but dont be surprised if you get a lot of rain.... it raining season! hope you have fun!!
