What Is The Worst Disease That A Dog Can Get, Other Than Cancer..

I Am Just Curious.

Only in Dogs though, Not Cats Or Any Other Type Of Animal.. ?

Provo. They're vaccinated against this, as puppies.  It's rare for a dog to contract it, if it's been inoculated.  However, it has happened.  The Veterinarian tell us, if the dog lives it's a miracle. It's very important for dogs to have their booster shots every year to keep them healthy and inoculated against these illnesses..

I WOULD SAY PARVO.. SINCE THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE KILLER IN VERY YOUNG PUPPYS IF NOT GIVEN THE PROPER CARE AND THERE SHOTS ON TIME ........ TO PREVENT THIS ... THEN AGAIN IT MIGHT BE RABIES THIS TO IS A KILLER IF NOT GIVEN SHOTS SO GO FIGURE IM NOT SURE WHICH IS MORE DEADLYER THE PARVO OR RABIES BUT ALL CAN LILL IF NOT TREATED THEY USALLY START PUPPY SHOTS AROUND 6-TO 7 WKS. OF AGE

Distemper is even worse than Parvo - it usually has such lasting & drastic effects that the WORSE thing the dog can do is survive...... fortunately its rarer than parvo...

Some of the autoimmune thing such as lupus, and autoimmune anemia are no good deal either

In my opinion, parvo.  It is deadly, cruel, painful, and very hard to kill once it shows up.  What really takes the cake is it is totally PREVENTABLE with proper sanitation and vaccination protocols.  People who don't follow the protocols keep the disease from being eradicated, and endanger young pups who can't be fully vaccinated against it yet.  Not much is worse.
