Yellow faced sky blue pied.

There are several types of pied but I can't ell which from the angle of the photo.

The two colors on his body make him a pied. The blue is known as sky blue. The white is known as...well, white. He also retains his yellow on his head, so he is yellow faced.

Put it all together and it's a Single Factor Dominant Pied Yellowface. (white and sky blue)
