What Is Unidentifed Crawling Object (uco) ?

A UCO is an object that has been witnessed, but for some reason or other can't be identified.  Usually they are quiet and move in a manner that current technology can't account for.  Sometimes they crawl, but sometimes they just sit still.  There may or may not be lights on them.
