My best time is 4:20, which contributed to my distance medley team being #5 in the county. This year i am going to try to get around 4:00, becasue our team is going to try to get the gold.
Any suggestions on workouts/any excerises i can do to make me stronger and faster.? Out of the 4 of us, im the weaker one, so i need to step up my game and not let down my team. Any advice?
My Pr's are :
1600m- 6:00-6:10 range
1200m- 4:20
400m-72 seconds
3200m-14:50
