  1. do lunges heaps and heaps and heaps of lunges


  2. spin bike classes - just go crazy on 'em and u'll have an awesome bum in no time

  3. well i'm not sure how quickly your results will be but if you get a stationary bike (join a gym, perhaps?) and then set it for the "random hill" mode or whatever sounds something like that, it works the area that you're looking to fix up. seriously, when you get off the bike you can feel it in your butt.

  4. Lunges, hip abductions and adductions, running, eliptical training, stair climbing, hiking, rock climbing.  Keep mixing it up for best results.
