People with Prader Willi Syndrom are unable to control their eating. There seems to be a lack somewhere betweent eh stomach and brain that prohibits these people from knowing when they had enough to eat. People like this can literally eat themselves to death. There is no medication known to help, just controlled eating. Often, locks have to be pout on the fridge and cupboards to prevent them from eating everything in sight, portions have to be controlled, etc. Its tough on the person suffering and tough on the person controlling the food.
