What Is the Punishment for riding a moped or motorcycle with out any license at all?

In my state - you need a car license to drive a moped - a cycle with pedals.

You need a special classification of license to drive a cycle.

Operating a cycle requires as much or more skill than a car.

When I was a kid I rode my moped all over the neighborhood. When a cop saw me, most of the time they didn't care, but sometimes they would pull me over and tell me to walk it home.

But this was probably 20 years ago...

On a motorcycle, if you s***w up, you rarely hurt anyone but yourself.
