  1. I like tonkatsu - very crunchy and hot and nice...

    Sushi of course...sashimi.

Yakiniku -that is a blast to eat

    Yakisoba

    and my all time favorite...

Shabu shabu! (thin slices of beef cooked in broth)

Dislikes - konyaku - looks like solidified water pollution but has no calories...

Eel (my husband loves it but me, bleah)

  2. MMMmmmm japanese curry is good

  3. japanese udon noodles

  4. I love sushi/sashimi. I also like things like yakisoba (essentially stir fried noodles with vegies and shrimp, chicken, etc.). I like miso soup. There are also several other kinds of soups that I enjoy. Udon soups like nabeyaki udon. And then there are cooked fish dishes. If you have a chance to get hamachi cheeks, that is really really good if you like cooked fish.

I like good tempura, which should have a light crispy coating and not be greasy (the oil should be very hot). And I've had very good sukiyaki in some restaurants. I also really like agadashi tofu (a good appetizer).

There's only a few things I would not eat. One of them is natto, which is very fermented soybeans (they get sticky and gooey and just generally ucky). Another is fugu: I won't eat something that if not prepared correctly by an expert may kill me!

  5. Love Sushi & Sashimi, Tonkatsu, Teriyaki Chicken & Teriyaki Beef, mostly all of their dishes.

I don't really like the cold soba noodles or soba dipping sauce or anything like a bonito soup base. I don't like it. I used to love it when I was younger but nowdays when I eat it  I cant stand the smell & my stomach aches. I think I got tramatized by it when i once ate alot & got sick & threw up all night. Although I like miso soup because its hot. Also some of the pickled vegetables I don't like.
