What Jobs Could a 12 year old get?

My little sister has been nagging me to put this question on for the longest. she already tried selling jewelry with my beads and we split the money 75% 25% her 25.and we only made like $14. and my mom says she's to young to be a babysitter or a tutor for littler kids. and we live in a apartment so she really can't mow lawns so what else jobs is there for her?
