  1. It's pretty blurry.

    Look like: 善善 (goodness/virtue)

Can you write it in paint and post it as an image?

  2. It's not Kanji. This character was never borrowed into Japanese from the Chinese language, but rather is a Chinese character itself: In Chinese, it's called "shuang xi" or "Double xi". Xi means "joy" or "happiness". The "double" means when people get married, there's usually two people involved[bride & groom] besides the parents and those involved in making the wedding possible. *Actually, there's this story about a guy who went for the civil examinations in ancient China. On his way to the exam, he saw a girl and  told her "I will marry you once I passed the exam. " It turned out that he passed the exam, in third place, so he did as he promised and married the girl. On his wedding night, he wrote a poem with this character in it [this is the first place where you can find this character being used in Chinese]: the first "happiness" was "passing the examination", and the second "happiness" was "getting married".
