  1. Cardio and legs. Being a goalie is about positioning so if you can't get there fast enough....


  2. Have people fire tennis balls at you and see how many you can stop or deflect.

  3. legs and cardio

    go for about a  20-30 minute run every day

    then do legs

    dead lifts

    squats

    squat jumps

    anything to work out your legs

    being a goalie is about being quick so work on agility drills too
