What Kind of Contract?

I am going to hire someone to build me something for my company, I don't want him to tell anyone what he is building.. what kind of contract do I need to write up?

A normal contract for construction with special clause of secrecy with vigorous penalty there within will be sufficient as I see, but surely with concurrence from laws of the country and local ones.
