What Kind of Job could a 13 year old get?

Question

i really want a job so i can have a little extra cash to spend on clothes and stuff. My mom never has extra cash and works really hard on a low paying job and i hardly get anything for myself. Please help. :)

I admire you for wanting to earn your own money.  Its hard to get a job at that age these days b/c of insurance reasons.  Sign twirlers, paper route (do they even still have paperboys??)  Id say babysitting cause they often make more than people working behind the coounter at drugstores and fastfood.  Call some churches who might know of family's looking to hire a sitter...ask to speak to someone in the church nursery.

Job is a responsibility and I think a 13 year old are not that matured to take up the responsibility of the job. It is the responsibility of the parents to look after their children's needs at least their children turn 15.

"hire a Student". Put ad in grocery stores, post office, bulletin boards...Paint, cut grass, wash cars, etc.

Try to do some yard work like mowing lawns or something like that!
