  2. Depends on what you like, fruit is always good for breakfast but your only young you can afford to eat a nice hardy breakfast as you would still be very active. For an easy breakfast you cant beat a bowl of cereal and if still hungry a couple pieces of toast (with vegemite but I am Australian). If you have time or if your parents cook for you, couple of eggs on toast is also good or you could get into fruit smooties they're great for on the run, make these with either yoghurt or milk and your favourite fruit and just blend it all together. Good snacks, dried fruit (or fresh), yoghurt, carrot & celery sticks with hommus, sliced tomatoe on piece of toast or another glass of your leftover smoothie. Some good lunch box ideas: Wraps used with tortillas and filled with ham, grated cheese, carrot, cucumber & lettuce or a Baguette with roast chicken meat and packed with heaps of salad and a nice dressing or a if your up for cooking muffins are always great with a nice pumpkin soup and are great for just a snack. Yummy recipe: Ingredients

    90g shaved ham, chopped

    2/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated

    3/4 cup self-raising flour

    6 cherry tomatoes, halved

    1 tbs flat-leaf parsley, chopped

    1/3 cup milk

    2 tbs olive oil

    1 egg, lightly beaten

    salt and pepper

    Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place self-raising flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Place egg, shaved ham, cheddar cheese, olive oil, milk and flat-leaf parsley in a separate bowl. Mix until combined. Pour the ham and cheese mixture into the flour and fold lightly until just combined.

Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 12-hole mini muffin pan. Press a cherry tomato half into the top of each muffin. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature. Good Luck!

  3. Well some healthy breakfast are:

    Cereal

    Toast

    Fruit

    Oatmeal

    Some healthy lunches are:

    Soup

    Salad

    Sandwiches

    Some healthy snacks are:

    Chex mix

    Pretzels

    100 calorie packs

    Crackers

    Popcorn

    Granola Bars

Baked Chips or 100 calorie chip packs

  4. Well your on the right track. Plenty of water is great.

For breakfast go with a glass of milk and a muffin or go with a healthy cereal with berries.

For lunch you should have a salad with baked chicken. Make sure it's not grilled. Instead of a fattening dressing go with fresh lemons. Salads always taste great with squeezed lemons on top.

Always have a healthy snack to eat after school. A bag of carrots or celery is great. You could also have fruits. Or maybe a Nutrigrain bar.

Make sure you have a healthy dinner and if your eating dessert don't over eat. Dessert shouldn't be an everyday thing. Once or twice a week is great.

    ------------Hope I helped :)
