What Kind of income is exempt for FAFSA purposes?

None.  

All of it goes on your fafsa.

EDIT:

Oh good gravy... someone gave me a thumbs down so I'll elaborate, any money a student earns from Work Study is not included when calculating a students EFC, HOWEVER, it still "goes on your fafsa" when you fill it out.
