  1. You have been well-nourished up until now so you can eat in a way that is unusual for a week until it heals together well enough. So in that regard, eat nothing but milk shakes with fruit blended into them. They have plenty of protein and the fruit has vitamins and it all has Calcium and other minerals. You can afford to baby yourself for a few days with things that taste good and are cold to deaden the pain a little. After a few days your body will tell you what food to add to add a nutrient it needs. Just do that for a while. You will love yourself for it afterwards!

  2. scrambled eggs jello pudding oatmeal spaghetti pretty much anything u dont have to chew

  3. soft foods...noodles, soups..nothing that will stick to ur mouth/gums

  4. I only ate soup and ice cream for the first week or so. And even that hurt.

  5. eat tomato soup it is good cause u dont have to eat solid food and it wont hurt

  6. tofu

    jello

    pudding

    anything soft

  7. Anything soft.....smoothies, bananas, avacados, yogurt, pudding, oatmeal.....and when you're in pain....your favorite fruit juice with just a splash of vodka....it will numb the pain and help you sleep! :-)

Best of luck in your recovery!

  8. mashed potatoes

    jello

    pudding

    smoothie

    icecream (plain flavors)

    applesauce

    anything really really soft.

no chunks in it. or it will get stuck and it's annoying and too tender to rinse it out back there and clean it out.

YOU MUST KEEP IT CLEAN OR YOU WILL GET IT INFECTED AND IT HURTS MORE THAN THE EXTRACTION ITSELF.
